Anyone heard anything....really curious about what it takes to get these other ALJ positions..... I've heard nothing. Just checked the NTSB site and it still shows the same 4 ALJs as currently working. The website hasn’t been updated. I believe Judge Schumacher passed away recently. I met him years ago, he was a very nice man and was very generous in sharing advice on navigating the OPM ALJ process. RIP |

thanks for your thoughts, pretty much did as you suggested. I dont think I have a prayer, so I didn't want to knock myself out. Only glitch was when I forwarded my own sf-50 to my home email address, which the email immediately notified contained PII- my own. I expect the knock on the door any minute for that. You’re fine. Many before you have done that too. The warning pop up now gives you the choice of the PII is mine |
