For veterans (of any service) who live near, or even occasionally visit, San Francisco, this is a very fine organization to join. They have reciprocal guest membership privileges at various clubs around the world. (See website.) As a former naval officer, I joined as a life member out of respect for the Marines with whom I was privileged to serve. A man has drank from the Devil Dog Foundation in Temple of Belleau Wood on the 100th anniversary and with the CO of 2/6 Marines. It is one of a man’s Corps values.
