Hello all,
Anyone out there know where I can get a copy of SSA's Personnel Policy Manual. I've searched online and cannot locate it. So much for "transparency". Any suggestions short of FOIA would be appreciated.

No intranet access here. It should be available on the internet but no luck. Hopeing someone has the magic key or else FOIA pain in the arse
