So I get that if they only want 15 applications this may be spoken for, but it is an ALJ type position.
NOTE: if you read the requirements and "how you will be evaluated" they are tied to experience with employment law and experience with federal employment law. Now it doesn't say more, so presumably EEOC work or DOL work would suffice, but what the heck!

You have no other ALJ jobs to apply for, go for it if you've got the background.

I understood it to read 75 applications.

I’m surprised it’s still up.

Having that few does suggest they may, just perhaps, have a candidate who coincidentally meets each and every one of their requirements. Including the unpublished one that the there is a preference for candidates named Edwina. Just a possibility.
I just checked-- it's now 75 applications! Maybe Edwina didn't apply!
Of course if it's 75 applications--well, that's a whole different thing. I think. Perhaps not. We'd think we were sending resumes. They were just figleaves.

Well I have experience as a state level employment adjudicator AND two years clerking for a federal ALJ, and was ruled ineligible.
