This is to be Associate Chief Judge, which is essentially the head of the local office. Primarily a supervisory role I think.

There is also an opening for Deputy Chief Administrative Law Judge, in Arlington. www.usajobs.gov/GetJob/ViewDetails/596891100Looks like there is some promotion hiring going on at OMHA. I will admit there has been so little ALJ hiring that I wondered if my USAjobs search had expired. When both of them dropped in my box this morning it was a welcome surprise. Not that I can apply, but that the system is still churning along, and people are moving about with their lives. Its a good reminder these days. |
