I’m thinking of retiring soon and wondered if anyone knows if anyone currently serves as a retired annuitant ALJ or what the prospects are for any future for that program? Thanks

Thanks I asked around and was told they had discontinued the program. but not too long ago, this year in fact, I saw a recent remand from our previous Chief ALJ and I was told she is working as a retired annuitant in her home office. Seems if you have the right connections you can get re hired. |

Seems if you have the right connections you can get re hired. Let me guess. After a Nationwide search, the Agency announced it was lucky to be able harness all of this institutional knowledge. |
