Has any agency hired ALJs - brand new or experienced- since the July 2018 EO? In addition to those mentioned, Department of Education hired one or two, as did the Drug Enforcement Agency as well. Do you know that Education actually hired from the ALJ announcements, or are you simply referring to the announcements? |

OMHA hired approximately 60 ALJs during the summer of 2019. Those of us who missed the final cut still feel the sting. I never even received feedback beyond the application phase 😬 |
