Maybe it is just my Region and Office - is anyone else seeing the crazy changing deadlines for all the mandatory trainings?
I get notified by HQ that Training X must be completed by a certain date, then Region sends out an email stating that the deadline will actually be 30 days earlier. Not to be undone my Office sends out another email setting the deadline 14 days before the newly revised deadline set by Region.
This has been going on throughout the Pandemic. Usually it is not a big deal to keep track but this Fall we have been hit with numerous mandatory trainings so it becomes a nightmare to keep up with all the changing deadlines.
With the quotas/goals being temporary suspended is this the new tracking matrix? Or is it just my Region looking for some kind of “attaboy” from HQ?

It's not just you.
As I understand it, the original deadline is the real deadline- the earlier deadlines being given by Regions and offices is to allow them to make sure everyone complied prior to the deadline, and to have some wiggle room to get people to finish.
Personally, as long as they keep everything going through WeLearn, I don't mind it that much. Every once in a while some mindless video watching is about all I am up for, so I just log on and see what I am supposed to get done.
If definitely does feel like there is a pretty big uptick in these. If it was in response to ALJs having less cases to do, then it is even more messed up that some offices apparently still have full case loads. Somebody could have decided that at least temporarily the monthly schedule quota would drop to 40 across the agency.
