BTW - I haven’t changed the avatar because it is more fitting to where I am now in my career. When I was a litigator I felt I had to be more of a shark for my clients in advancing their interests. As you know, I am now just a very small fish floundering [See what I did there?] in an insanely massive, behemoth of an administrative agency.
Truth be told, even with the fancy title, that fish is not an inaccurate depiction of my role in the grand scheme.
