If you sign up now before the rush of the new class being formed–offers, etc., I can approve your application within a few hours. If you wait, I will be too busy to deal with it, and you may wait for days before I get to it. Happens every time offers go out for a new class.

And don't forget to type a reason in the white box for joining, or your application will be denied. This is one check we have on spammers. Before we instituted the new application process, we would periodically get hit by spammers. Since the new process, no spammers. It's more work for me on the front end, but a lot less work down the road.

The reason to join doesn't have to be lengthy but should tell me briefly why you would like to join.

In an application, I just received, gave as a reason, "I would like to join." Insufficient. Pixie

Yes, someone recently used that as a reason. It worked then because it showed me they had a grasp of the English language and were familiar with the board. It won't work in the future as it has been exposed on the public board. Any scammer could read and use. Pixie
