Anyone got their dues reimbursed and if so, how long did it take? Also, did they send it to your home or office?

Attorney advisors at the AC do not get this reimbursement. Could it be something our union (not yours) failed to negotiate?

The SSA bargaining units include a lot of non-attorneys, so it wouldn’t surprise me if it wasn’t a priority. FWIW, my agency only reimburses $200-250. |

Bar Fee reimbursement is in the NTEU contract and was a big push by NTEU chapter leadership during the last bargaining.

Non-bargaining attorneys are also covered likely as a result of this being negotiated by some of the unions. There is a PPM provision that covers this.

Everyone at the AC is covered by AFGE. Then yea, as far as I know, AFGE hasn’t negotiated for bar reimbursement |

Once the HOCALJ signs off on the form, the HOMS processes the payment. Very fast.
