Hi does anyone know if selections were made for the Special Review Cadre AA detail? I had an interview about 3 weeks ago and my references contacted but have not heard anything. Just wondering if selections were made and no one has bothered to inform the applicants that were not selected. Thx!

FWIW, I have no knowledge of whether selections or offers have been made, but I have confirmed there have not been any announcements of new personnel made to the SRC at large.
Good luck! The non-dib and fraud workloads are complex and quite distinct from typical disability decision writing.

In prior jobs having your references checked meant you were a serious contender for the job.
I have since found out that SSA checks references for all qualified candidates essentially putting everyone on the same playing field.

The SRC selected me in the prior round of hiring. It took a while after interviewing to hear back. I think around 6 weeks? Good luck! It's an interesting caseload.
