OK, OK, mavens. Whatever.
There are and will be a lot of administrative law centered law review articles and some studies this year. While many have concerned the Chevron Doctrine, many delve into other issues.
I'm not going to cite any as this would likely involve a political discussion-- I just wanted to give those that are interested a heads up.
Missing are a similar number of articles on state administrative law issues. There have been some significant developments, and it's one are overlooked (or dismissed?) by academics.
Next up: the Goldberg variations?
