Hi, I recently applied for a lateral temp move/detail, was interviewed, and had references checked. However a lesser productive coworker was selected for the position. So I asked my references for copies of my recommendations. My former GS and chief judge gave me copies of their recommendations no problem. My immediate GS refuses to give me a copy and my HOD seemingly supports him/her in this. I do not get the resistance because this GS gave me a really high score on my last PACs and my performance has not changed. Has anyone out there faced this situation? Feel free to PM on this. Thx!
