Has anyone heard anything more about the AALJ lawsuit?

Last report I heard was that there is a motion for summary judgement anticipated from OPM sometime next month. The union has assured its members that they do not intend to make any attempt to stall the current hiring cycle.

The AALJ Opposition to Motion to Dismiss was filed October 22nd. Anyone with ideas or whether the date has been selected already or when it will be set for argument? I am surprised there had been no posts so far. I read a copy of the opposition that was mailed to me this morning.
