Am preparing for my WD. Can't find any material, short of an out of date handbook from 1994, that has any helpful study info. Does anyone know of anywhere I can find either study guides or practice questions that would help me prepare??
THanks.

Not sure you can really study for it, but you could go to the California Bar web site and download the written demonstrations they post there from past bar exams. Then instead of writing a brief for the senior partner or someone like that, just make it an admin law decision. You will have to look for one of the old tests that lend themselves to such a shift. That is what I did and there are test questions on the bar exam that will lend themselves to this.
Good luck.

Thanks. I know it's hard to study for this in a true sense. I will use your suggestion. Appreciate the input.
