Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner (DOL)

Anyone use work for DOL/OWCP as a FECA Claims Examiner as an example of "judicial experience" for purposes of OPM's ALJ application? I think OWCP's CEs issue decisions, orders, and coordinate a docket etc.
