I just got an e-mail alert from USAjobs.gov posting a vacancy for an ALJ for the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in Denver, Colorado. The job is open to current ALJs and applicants who applied under vacancy announcement OS-2008-05. Maybe one of the passed over high scorers will get this job. I hope so. Good Luck all.

Chinook is correct. The earlier vacancy announcement referred to, OS-2008-5, was the original announcement for the same position.
