Pixie's heard "rumor" of a Feb. Certificate is fading fast.
Anybody know anybody who's on the short list for Fall Church "pre-picking" who could justify and/or motivate same?
Put another way, does Falls Church really wanna do a small cert. for certain bodies and do they have the horses/$ to pull it off?
Me, I'm just an outside privateatty, knowing less than the venerable "knownothin'"...

It was no rumor; it was the plan back in August. Whether it is still on the board, I don't know. I would think it is, though. But as I said sometime back, it will be a race with the budget and the new register. If the budget comes before the new register, I would think there is a good chance it will happen. If the register reopens before the budget, it can't happen.
As I used to caution back on the predecessor board to TOB, things change day to day. What is good news today, may be bad news tomorrow. Pix.

Me, I'm just an outside privateatty, knowing less than the venerable "knownothin'"... Folly? What folly? The rumor hasn't faded at all. That was ODAR's intent. Yes, they wanted to do a small cert. But as I posted last week, ODAR's chance to act on that intent declines every day. The only thing it takes to "pull it off" is a budget prior to the new register. This has been explained multiple times. |
