Do attorneys score the WD test or OPM drones? If drones, what are drone "qulaifications"?

It was mostly graded by retired ALJs in 2007. I had an ALJ friend who retired in early 2007 contact OPM about a solicitation for a temporary detail. He sent it to me at some point. I think OPM hired the ALJs for a 120 day detail. I don't know if they ever got enough takers to complete the job. My friend was not at all interested after he talked to someone in the office about the specifics. I am willing to bet they still used some of the same sitting ALJs that conducted the structured interviews.
