When the interviews are completed, some of us will get written offers. Will those who are not offered jobs this round get rejection letters, or will they instead have to surmise that they have not been selected from the lack of an offer?

Last year after all the hirings were done (there were two certs, so things dragged on for a couple months), I believe those who were not hired eventually got a form letter.

You'll know by the lack of an offer. Once the offers go out via two days of emails (sorta like the cert invites), this Board lights up like a Christmas tree.
The form letter that goes out much, much later gives the "un-offered" a chance to vent.

How long does it take for the offers to go out after the interviews? One month?

Sometimes, alas, the offers never come.

With interviews taking place over two weeks in mid-April and the first class rumored to be reporting to offices June 22, I would guess we would hear mid to late May.

Assuming that all the stars align and I am fortunate to receive an offer (although unlikely, my fingers are still crossed), does anyone know whether there is any possibility of "negotiating" attendance at one of the two later classes?

Last year's posters indicated that the Agency is sympathetic to attys with private practices they need to wind up. Yes, a great many were able to get the later class.
