To carry my analogy further the OPM part of the process is like learning to walk across rice paper and getting an NOR is when the young monk must carry the cauldron of hot coals with his forearms. So you guys have that to look forward to. See? I'm not the only one to use metaphors. But, Gaidin, keep it to "rice paper". That's mighty close to "rice" which, as a food, is my domain. |

I haven't been checking a lot because I've decided to just let this process run its course but in light of some other relatively recent posts I've seen, I'll say the following:
I submitted my app on Friday, April 8th. I am not a veteran. As of today, my status reads: "Pending HR Specialist Action". Does anyone know the domain from where the next email will come from? I'd like to set up an alert so I can again put this waiting game away.

Mine changed to "Awaiting Results - you will be notified". The change happened at some point today. I have no idea if it's a secret code for anything like someone mentioned "see details" might be.

Does anyone know the domain from where the next email will come from? I'd like to set up an alert so I can again put this Ifwaiting game away. If you are invited to Online testing, the next email you get should come from:
assessments@usahire.opm.gov

My application was submitted on the 3rd and my application processing status has been complete for some time and for that reason I haven't been checking more than once a day. Maybe I should be obsessing more. Thanks in advance. 1. Sign in to your USA Jobs account. 2.Find the menu of options where you can click on Application Status. 3. Scroll down to the ALJ job. 4. Near the bottom of that job, click on the "More information" link. 5. Follow the links to Application Manager. 6. At the top in large letters there should be a heading saying something STATUS. Right after that people are seeing the statements they're getting their shorts in a knot about. |

Sometime today, mine changed to Awaiting Results - you will be notified
Just last night, it was pending. Oh, the thrill of it! (JK on the thrill part.)
