Congratulations to the others. I'm curious if anyone wants to share the reason they can't tell which site they took. Is it because you're afraid someone will then be able to later associate you with your screen name? Or is there a confidentiality attached? Anyway, congrats! Yay to board members being ALJs! Go get 'em. There was no confidentiality requirement in my offer. I just don't want to be "unmasked." |

My congrats to all and especially Hopeful2, a new ALJ in Nashville. I'm really excited for the claimants in the Nashville area who will benefit most from this excellent selection. She is intelligent, dilligent, fair, and efficient - my hat's off to the hiring committee! Way to go Hopeful. Best of Luck!!!

I have never worked in Charlotte. I have not even visited Charlotte, unless you count having a layover at the airport. Sorry I am not the one you thought I was. What good things can you tell me about the Nashville ODAR? I am very pleased and am sure I will love it. I am one of those kind of folks.....I have been accused of being an eternal opotimist and of finding something good in every situation!

Some of you will be the last to be called. Doesn't mean you are not as good as the others, but just that you happen to be one of the last on the list to get the call. If you have some Zanax left over from that last nervous breakdown, now might be the time to trot them out! Seriously I would gage the number of reports coming in to have a rough idea of when they finish the list. After that, the odds are not good as your only chance at an offer is a declination as they move to number two on the list--and hopefully that is you! Pix.

I am so proud of all the offers that people on this board have gotten. What a great group of attorneys we have here. Congrats to you all and those still waiting, tomorrow is another day.
