Hey y'all, our paranoid stressing from 2013 is helping some of the newer members out!!!! now as judgratty noted and i will expand on go relax, get a massage, drink a beer, do other things that relax you, and don't drive yourself crazy.... We did enough of that in 2013 to last for 10 years.
and hard to say when next opm contact will be but there will be one.

There are extensive threads on this when the first group of the March 2013 applicants got to this point. Bottom line: Complete was good. See details was not. The "complete" merely means just that.... they have finished everything outstanding. Here is one thread (and there are MANY on this issue): aljdiscussion.proboards.com/post/47595/thread
For these purposes you need to be looking at the heading at the very top of the page. Good was when it changed to say: APPLICATION PACKAGE STATUS: COMPLETE Farther down the page under "Assessments" in the left margin certain items were labeled "complete." These did not have the same meaning. Truth! Thanks Gary! I am talking about the compete at the top under application package status. The others are just complete for those sections. This brings back a little PTSD going over and over all of this when we went through it. LOL!

Something to remember is that the SD vs Complete discussion began in December 2013. NORs were issued March 2014. Continue to wait and be patient.

I was a lurker, but remember Funky, Gunner, ALJFAQ, DLOTS and others exchanging views fondly. The board is a great source of information and support.

Thanks, phoenixrakkasan! off to the garage refrigerator I go When I start to see little falling-down-umbrella men, I will know it's time to stop with the situational refreshment. Garage fridge? are you and funky hanging out today? and debating who/i mean which beers should go on the top shelf and on another post, ah yes, ALJFAQ... He was a rather vocal or at least liked to type kind of guy!!!!

Thanks, phoenixrakkasan! Since I am admittedly partial to all things autumnal, I will proceed to the closest Red's Green Apple Ale - off to the garage refrigerator I go When I start to see little falling-down-umbrella men, I will know it's time to stop with the situational refreshment. Or it could mean we have a rendezvous with Pumpkin.

Didn't mean to quote my friend Pumpkin without comment! I got the same email and the same update on Application Manager - complete- which from the reaction to Pumpkin I'm interpreting as good news? Is that right? Pardon my paranoia but I need to double check myself

I think it means that we can continue waiting with the knowledge that they know we exist!

Hopefully very good news for you Pumpkin. In case people from this group don't get this status change email - don't worry too much. Some of us had our application materials eaten by the dog as it were when application manager was updated or shutdown or somesuch and cannot access application manager details any longer so cannot check for such threads of hope. Seems there is definite movement on the Aug/Sept test taker front. Thanks for letting us know. As someone who can't get into application manager anymore for ALJ exam stuff, I will just await an email with actual score info (fingers crossed) or the "see details" equivalent (ugh). My application was eaten by the dog, but I'm in the October-December group anyway. I figure when until his board starts lighting up with messages from folks in my group, saying that they've heard something, I won't get too excited -- for myself, anyway. Very excited for the rest of you, though! It's good to see some movement. ETA: fixed. I'm guessing it's a lot like the bar exam, where you think you did pretty well, then you start second-guessing yourself, and then you are almost certain you flunked and would do it all differently if you could, and then you just stop thinking about it until you get the results.

Hi all, it has been forever since I posted. But I got the email and took the written demonstration (WD) and logic based measurement test (LBMT) and had my structured interview (SI) the following day, all in DC the last week of October. Now the long wait for the (NOR) notice of results. But some posts indicate there is also a FOAD. What is that?

That letter is the thanks but no thanks letter sent to those who are not hired off a cert. You are not even on the register yet - don't worry about FOADs yet.

Is that right? Pardon my paranoia but I need to double check myself Does it say at the top of the page: APPLICATION PACKAGE STATUS: COMPLETE After being gone all day without access to USAJOBS, the first thing I did when I arrived home just now is log back on. I am happy to report that, indeed, at the top left of the Application Manager screen it says, "APPLICATION STATUS: COMPLETE." Thanks, gary! A special thank you to JudgeRatty for also being awake at 3:00am to respond to my post! I hope you were not up writing opinions...
