I read this morning that 17 people have been bitten by sharks in Florida already this year. And foghorn posted above about the woman attatcked by an alligator. That state is a good place to avoid, like, totally. Pixie

Well who would have thought global warming would bring those gators to the frozen north? Is nowhere safe? :-) www.google.com/amp/s/amp.freep.com/amp/19012210016 alligators found in Michigan in the month of July? You people THOUGHT you were safe swimming in the Great Lakes!

They had to hire an alligator 🐊 from Florida because they could not catch him. The dude for the description of a alligator hunter....the alligator was caught and is now in Florida living out his retirement. It would not be able to survive the Windy City winters as well.

Should have left him in Chicago. Pixie

There have been a lot of attacks in the SC low country. I don't think they can survive as far north as the Potomac, thank goodness.

That's what climate change is for. Long live muscle cars! I do not think I will ever get over the fact that my grandmother sold her 67 Chevelle SS (original owner, husband was the local vocational autobody instructor) to a highschool kid for $650.00. She simply assumed that none of her family was interested. Sigh. long live the muscle car.

Perhaps in 100 years, the Naval Academy (the portion not submerged) will need to change their mascot to a gator.

No, but had I been the driver and gotten out to see what I had hit, the thing would have grabbed me and eaten me. Pixie
