Also note for those of us in the "second time around club," we will not be interviewed again. But they did ask me for all of the same information again. (where did I put those copies...) I am disappointed not to get a new interview. Aside from the fact that I was apparently interviewed by a very sober (i.e. humor-challenged) HOCALJ, and I probably came across as flippant and immature (when really, only the latter is true), I have so much more knowledge now, having worked in ODAR for the last six months, that I think my interview would go very differently.

Good luck to everyone--I found the SSA interview to be much more relaxed than the SI. I hope to be able to congratulate one or more of you in person in my office in a few months. lee

Just curious. Did anyone who appealed his/her score receive a Cert Notice Letter and background investigation application (what I believe has been commonly referred to herein as an interview notice)?

The question I have is whether or not we are considered "re-treads" or are we just part of the general population on the cert? My guess is that you are either thumbs up or down from your interview and if you have a sufficient score then you are treated like everyone else. But I don't know this.

P/A, I think you're right. The impression you made at the Agency interview last time has been duly noted and if you were in the "yes" or "maybe" category, you'll just get thrown back in the pot with all the new ingredients.
