Back strain and sprain will manifest as pain; Back strain and sprain will manifest as pain.
Now what can cause that pain? Back strain! Back sprain!
And what shows strain and sprain? It's pain! It's pain!
Back strain and sprain will manifest as pain; Back strain and sprain will manifest as pain!

If we are allowing modifications (and I hope we are since my June 18 guess was made prior to even the "Early June" information), my new guess is: June 11, 1 PM.

Bump. Updated predictions appear in first post on this thread. Sorry to have been delinquent! I was on business travel to Las Vegas then I was on vacation in Maine without regular access to a computer or a cell phone where I had to say good-bye to my magnificent, 13-1/4 year-old Chocolate Labrador retriever, Hunter (hence, part of my screen name). I am going to be arbitrary because I can be arbitrary: No one who has posted a prediction can offer a second prediction without registering under a new screen name!

Seems fair to me. And I think we are now all hoping (assuming offers are not coming until next week) that you or Chieftan are correct! Best of luck to everyone on the Board.

I want to be an ALJ I want to be able to say Hello counselor, how are you? Do you offer anything new? And will you surprise me today?
I want to be a Judge No more timesheets to fudge I will be rapaciously quiet But alas, I will not be staying at a Hyatt From my seat I will never, ever budge.
I would not want a robe I will operate from my favored lobe I will steel my laughs Against a belly full of quaffs Waiting to apply the surgeon's probe.
I will try to get along With every staffer's sing-song I will sigh to their complaint Declare each and every one a saint And never bust them when they are wrong.
I want to be a Judge My outbox will never be sludge I will work like a dog My mind will never fog I will never declare my job a drudge.

PA, my tone deaf ear is befuddling me to the point that I cannot reference the tune to your libretto.

Don't put any stock in my guess. I just picked my b-day. Moreover, for those Super Bowl pools, I always pick the box where the winning score has to end in 2 and 9.

PA, the melody from "Won't Back Down" by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, works very well with your verse.

JH, between you and morg I'd swear we've got a Clinton lovefest here.
But I do appreciate the tune-up!

The sun'll come out next Thursday. Bet your bottom dollar that next Thursday There'll be sun (for someone).
Just thinking about next Thursday I am so distracted, can't work or play This sure ain't fun.
Should I give up hope now It it time, do you think? I just close my eyes And sigh And drink
The sun'll come out next Thursday That's my bet-we'll hear news come next Thursday. Will it be good? Next Thursday, next Thursday, I'm dreading next Thursday So near, yet so far away!

Alas, an area Where I can compete. Sonnets on winning…. Rhymes on defeat.
I love to write poetry It is what I do best. I should have written a poem On my ALJ test.
If I never get picked For an ALJ slot I'll keep telling myself The job can't be that hot.

Anyone get an offer yet? If not, it appears that Counsel has won the poll as Counsel is "the last poster standing." Congratulations to Counsel!

No word on the west coast. It just strikes me that not much time is given for applicants to get an offer, make a life changing decision, quit a job or close a practice, sell/buy a house, move. . . I would need a lot more time to wrap things up with my employer than six weeks or less. . .

I think "we" will be hearing something this Thursday -- 9:00 remember,TT said he was told offers would be going out "late" next (this) week. "Late" would not seem to indicate Friday - as this would be the end of the week; and Wed. and prior do not seem "later"
Oh well, we'll know it a couple days (hopefullly!)
