My sincere and heart-felt congrats to all the new ALJs. My sincere and heart-felt sympathies to all those who did not get the call. I know both sides and, oddly, feel grateful I can say that. To all the outsiders coming in - heads up-its about to get ca-razy.  |

Anyone who “got the call” care to share the start date for newly minted ALJs? I was told July 31, 2023 and to expect an email very soon from Human Resources. |

No. 16 responses in the poll means that Board participation for this hire is low or that they have not finished. It is certainly possible that they are done, to be fair, but to really be sure, I would hope one of the selectees will let us know when they get the email offer. Once those are out, I think all notifications have been made. |

Did anyone that interviewed in 2022 get an offer yesterday? All signs point to no, as the 8-ball says. At least, the poll suggests no hires from 2022 as of me typing this. It would seem we didn’t get a look this time? I suppose our guesses about that were wrong. |

After getting an NOR on the now defunct register, participating in the 2019 hiring freeze, not getting an interview in 2022 I got the call. Thank you so much for the comradery and support of this board. I know I would not have gotten the call without the participation of those here. Start date is July 31. And Mrs. Fowlfinder is excited, along with the full range of emotions that come with major life changes. Looks like fowifinder was interviewed in 2022. Congrats, fowlfinder, on seeing your patience rewarded! And congratulations to all who have received or will receive the call! |
